i have spares and they are the same. got my new one from dual pumps and its miles better. much more power and a nicer cone. will send the others back. also the lance vibration is prob cos the new lances dont come with a handle for the left hand so your left hand is just holding the metal or plastic which does vibrate.

I use a twin barrel lance with the low pressure on one and the high pressure one has a small QR which I change to each nozzle including the turbo. If the vibration is a problem on the lance valve put a foam grip on it. Try changing hands regularly. If you do it Sat and Sunday you'll have a weekend

Would you reccomend those twin lances? is the one you use an adjustable one? where yu can adjust the pressure of one of the lances?

Never really used them when i worked in lndon, but up here i need to walk back to the machine if i need to change the pressure and can be a pain if the van is parked out on the street.

I use the low pressure side to rinse doors and windows, the high pressure side has the QR so you can change the nozzles by just shutting the trigger. If you have seperate guns fit a valve on the end of the hose next to the QR so you don't have to go back to the machine.

hi mat  you could fit a "twin manifold" unit between lance and nozzles so that you have two different tools for one job   at the fick of a wrist    no need to go to power unit

Yeah ive seen the lance with like, twin end/one gun, and ones adjustable, so you can have any pressure with the turn of a handle, and the other side is always full pressure. is that what you mean? or are you talking some kinda custom job?

No just a stock gun - you open the valve on the side to allow some flow out on the low pressure side, this also allows the chemical pick up if you use that

hi mat the thing i know as a "manifold" is the size of "chicken fruit" a threaded hole one end that screws into the lance   the other end of the said thing two Y angled threaded holes that you screw two nozzles into   one a pressure nozzle & one a flood nozzle    both DONT work together    there is a ball bearing between these two threaded holes   when you pressurise the what ever its "called" the bearing blocks one hole   which enables you to wash and rinse at the press of a trigger 
ps this made sense to me    if it didnt you tuff   i am not going thro it again

I was talking more about this kind of thing, with a flow control built into the lance. you used one of these? anyone?

hi mat   got two something like those   one gives a letter box tubo pattern    one gives "D"turbo pattern      both got throw a lever instant flood or rinse modes   got them from a dealer who wanted to clear them   suposed to be rated at 350 bar  as i am only 200bar     i dont think i get max result from them     so they sit on the shelf for maybe when time

aint no id markings on them any where     totaly moulded heads on them  so any repairs are a nono
was told they were karcher preproduction stock   look to good for karcher   so who knows as karcher has no record of them    but said they would do me a "favour" and take them off my hands
