round for sale liverpool

20 monthleys £5 each
27 fortnight   £5 each
small houses takes aday to do the 47
houses are new builds home owners
been getting cleaned two years
theres about 40 that need cleaning,i have posted cards
plenty of room for more/ new build 70 more getting built/ 10 ready for new owners
takes £350 month
will take £3500 ono for quick sale
ill work with buyer to do change over,i use ladders,wfp will be ok

i use ladders start at 8 finish 3.30 1day
do about 6 a hour
