Cleaning of concrete floors
«
on:

Hi there ,
i have a customer who wants some concrete floors steam cleaned in 5 sets of communal areas , halls stairs and landings.
The floors are really dirty which is why they would like them steam cleaned .
The only snag is that there is no electric.
Any ideas ?
Would chemicals and elbow grease do it , or would it have to be cleaned with a truck mounted system ?
Any ideas appreciated

hi there
i had this in London, on a property that was vey old, the concrete stairs were in a bad way.
the problem you have is where is any run off going to go,m some places where the stairs and walkways are external are an easy fix as there are drains.
a chemical solution maybe best, but results can be inconsistent.

Thanks for the ideas guys .
I think i will test an area with chemical and elbow grease.
If it comes up clean hire a generator as you suggest for pick up.
cheers
