Have taken on some more holday cleans which is great odr thought it was until they decided they didnot want me because we iddin'y do maintenace. I do what I can when we are cleaning in the way of fixing things but does any body else do mainanence ? Is it worth it? How does it affect insurance? Thanks yet again!!

We offer to do small maintenance jobs that we noticed when doing end of tenancy cleans for agents.
Stuff that requires no professional qualifications.
Pays well and is an upsell, so all good.
