Thanks a lot Guys.............It's difficult when you start to have the courage to price. it's only then when you say it that you can gauge the reaction!
As a footnote I now have the Tennis Club to quote for. Offered to buy the beer for the guy when I quote....well the forum seems to push marketing with the word Free! I just may have to speed up the quote if he is a heavy drinker.

I may have to discount a bit more to 15% as the bar takings are less, but to be honest I just feel that just because someone says they have not a lot of money they still will want a great job doing.

My own view (being a salesman) is to say OK if I do it for less say 25% off the prices above, for example, will you be happy if I cut corners by not vacuuming or vacuuming in a circle, of if I clean the bar stools and say some of the stains don't come out? At least your tennis players will be sitting on cleaner stains!!
