Phenomonon
« on: January 21, 2011, 03:29:03 pm »
Yes an interesting phenomonon, afternoon sun low in the sky amplifying the manufacturing imperfections of the glass surface portraying what appears to be an uncleaned window. An annual occurence and nothing to be concerned about Madam, affects all windows new and old.
Working on my own you see and it popped into my head. !

But i might just need to reel off some patter like it one day.

Yes i hate it when the sun is low, it is so critical in showing marks up.

Some think its because of the wfp system which is hard to convince the customer otherwise.

I have no problems all year until the curse of the low sun! (only the odd sad customer mind)

Just say to them that you will clean it with a cloth and see what they say when you explain about the smears.
