Hi

Althougth I am a great believer in education you do not need qualifications to

A. be in business

B. be very wealthy

In fact there are more Millionaires who have no formal education than those with.

You need common sense, drive, desire, determination and disipline. If you fail, fail fast and move on.

Is a smart person someone who knows everything, or someone who can get someone who knows what they need to know so they can get on with growing their business?

Just my most humble opinion

Hi

NVQ's are great if you want a J.O.B, Just Over Broke)
but are not required for your own business.

As we all know, there are many thousands of people with qualifications who are on the dole.

Just wondering what a UMB credit is.

Ive got an arm full of qualifications but they dont help me clean carpets or suites, or find customers. The three main incredents of a successful Carpet and upholstery Cleanining Business

Do I need IIRC  when I can research info from books and manfacturers and reading posts.

Not much info so far on General Cleaning methods though guess you all keep stum.

quick tip.

Finger prints on wall, dab firmly with a chunk of white bread and off they come!

i have only been at it since 4th sept 2003 and the 1st couple of months were slow, added carpet cleaning in dec (prochem course) and my business went nuts!
