So glad that i have got brill understanding customers

Havent been able to get round to all of them because of the crap weather but all of them said they understand :) Maybe its cos I take time out to have a chat while working and dont try to thrash through a massive round like a robot!! Anyway guys, great forum, great advice, above all else all the work will still be there after the bad weather so Have a bloody good Christmas  ;)

Our customers are telling us that it's too dangerous to clean windows round here - which it is.

Beste klant,

Door de vroege en aanhoudende vrieskou/sneeuwval hebben wij voor vele klanten de wasdatum aan moeten passen. Dit zorgt voor zeer verlate wasbeurten, maar zorgt er tevens voor dat wij op dit moment geen andere mogelijkheid (door tijd- en ruimtegebrek) hebben dan uw wasbeurt naar het volgend jaar te verzetten.  De eerstvolgende wasbeurt die wij u aan kunnen bieden is:  xx/xx/2011.

Zoals u begrijpt is dit niet de manier waarop ik mijn bedrijf wil runnen, maar helaas ben ik gebonden aan de weersomstandigheden (korter daglicht en daarbij de strenge vorst). Deze lijken niet te verbeteren de komende weken.

Ik hoop dat u begrip kunt hebben voor de situatie; ik kan helaas geen controle uitoefenen over het weer. Sorry :-[
