wcp - last cleaned date
« on: December 09, 2010, 11:57:46 am »
anyone else have the problem where for a job that you have cleaned more than once lets say for example 3 cleans once a month, the last cleaned date for all of them is the same date as the last clean so for instance i cleaned
1 jan
1 feb
1 mar

the only date showing for all of them is the last one so icant see the previous dates??

do you have this problem , can i do anything about it?? im invoicing now, and its a problem!

edit: when i go into the history the dates are ok, but on the front screen this is the date showing, also when i print collection sheets for jobs done more than once the same problem occurs meaning i cant prove what date i was there past the last clean!!

Do you mean on the debt screen?

I see what you mean about the date on screen not showing, but the invoice should have right date on it? Usually when theres more than one it does a multiple invoice. Or you can choose to do seperate invoices by un checking the ones you dont want. Im sure Ian will be along shortly.

You will also see a column that shows how many days ago it was cleaned...this at least will give you an idea of when that clean was.

Cheers
Dave.

Hi Sean

The last clean date referes to the last time that customer was cleaned not the date of the overdue clean, one of the reasons we devised the Reconciliation function was to give an indication of the length of overdueness (im not sure that even a real word!) of the debt. From there it is a simple case of working back from the current date if you needed an exact date of the clean.

We felt this gave a sufficient indication as to the date the clean was done but more importantly gave an representation of the debt owed and the time-scales involved.

Best regards
Brad
