Hi Guys

I need some help just bought a pressure trolley system and was expecting full instructions with it on how it works and how to use it.

anyway, phoned cleaningspot and asked for some instructions was told to fill the two tube with resin and then pressurize the tank. the guy i spoke to did not know to what pressure but on tank it says max 10 bar.

went to petrol station and their air gun only goes up to about 5.5 bar will this be OK?

As far as use its for the odd third floor window or out of reach window. i have a 10mt pole coming so that would be the max i need.

I have been told that this system will work in my area (southend on sea) but will need to change resin every four weeks.  I only do day at the moment and would at max do two and only use it when needed. so not on every job.

Two real reason for getting it

1. safety
2. not having to carry another ladder

I need help on the pressure issue and also resin. i will be getting a water tester. what setting can i expect and what will i need for a good finish?

the 10 bar is the max for the tank. cleaningspot did not know what the working pressure was. what would be normal?

How many liters of water it takes and what is the in/out water quality?

can you use a foot pump and i would think 7 bar is about 100 psi and 60 psi would be plenty to get the water up there.Looks like some think out of a Hospital

1 BAR IS ATMOSPHERE 14LB PSI pressure. 10 bar is 140 psi. I suppose you could use one of those small 12 volt compressors. Is there some kind of regulating valve incorporated in this system?
If you were a member of a dive club, or have access to dive tank filling, you could decant off a dive cylinder, but as you have 250 bar in some of these, you would have to have to have a regulator and really know what you were doing.
As they are designed for everyday use, there must be a simpler way.

Is that not what is called a bladder tank? Used in the USA for WFP. No pump, no battery, inside is a rubber bladder and pressurised at the factory of manufacture. I always thought these would be excellent for my job but could never find one in the UK.

I certainly don't have an idea how it works but,i reckon it should be filled with water first and pumped air into it to build pressure on the water?
