Been recently invited to submit a quote for the cleaning of a small school that could almost certainly lead to the cleaning of 3 (under a new regime).  I currently speacialise in the domestic and holiday home area of the profession and wondered if someone could offer some help on where to start?

The school is only approx 450m2 and the current cleaner is working 3 hrs per night, 5 nights per week.  On top of the 3 hrs per night they want a yearly 'spring clean' including carpets.

Would it be overpriced if i were to work on domestic rates such as £13+vat per hour?

Any help by way of a starting point would be hugely appreciated (spreadsheet etc).

I feel that £13 + VAT is overpriced for a school.

They will want to pay around £10

Just my opinion of course.
