re books - rich dad , poor dad  and millionnaire next door , are 2 good books ive recently read .

front or back only , i would do if i was already there doing neighbours , if not , then no .      or
offer to do the whole house 8 weekly instead .

No they don't.
One small clue I picked up on was being on first name terms.
Try to be more businesslike and you get less messers IMO.
