They must be busy
« on: December 02, 2010, 09:55:39 am »
Hi all,

Last Sunday I emailed Ionic's for the cost of a thermopure system in a hiace van.
One monthly payment and good (overpriced) kit appeals to me after years of diy.
I filled out my email address and phone number and so far I have not been contacted, a very poor showing in my book.
If they can not handle the enquiry I wonder if they will cope with the business.
Am I being unreasonable in expecting a reply so soon?
Lee

N you're not being unreasonable.

Its Thursday now. Id would have at least thought some sort of communication in between to acknowledge receipt of your communication was par for the course.

Sure Cleaning

Hi lee,

Emails are not always reliable and can sometimes not arrive at the destination. Maybe re-send or give them a call.

I am sure they would not be ignoring a potential lead.

Hi Lee

I would totally recommend Toyota Hiace vans, but, they are realy bad in this weather, slip & slide realy easy.

If your hot system was working in bad weather possibly something to think on.

The worst one is my 03 plate, the 07 doesnt seem as bad.
