Expressions of interest are invited from Companies wishing to be
considered to provide an internal Cleaning Service for the University of
Kent, Medway Campus at Chatham, Kent.
Spaces to be cleaned will include (but not be limited to) office and
study/teaching areas, studios, workshops, kitchenettes & toilets. Further
buildings are likely to be added between 2011/14. Current approximate Net
area to be cleaned 9 914,54 sq m.
Location.
The University of Kent at Medway is located approximately 30 miles from
the main Canterbury Campus. It is based at the Chatham Maritime (Medway)
Campus. A number of buildings to be cleaned are within the grounds of
Chatham Historic Dock Yard.

met: The Applicant shall provide proof of the economic and financial
capacity as set out in our Supplier Quality and Commercial Questionnaire.
A Supplier Quality and Commercial Questionnaire is required to be
submitted and will form the basis of evaluation. This can be obtained by
