Check your equipment
« on: November 12, 2010, 07:54:05 am »
Morning all!

Just a quick message to advise you all to check your equipment now and again and I don't mean your cleaning equipment.

Last year at the age of 35 I found out I had testicular cancer and received the right treatment to beat it and continue to beat it and I was lucky. Its a common cancer in younger men and is also the easiest to treat. Since telling my circle of friends this, 3 of them found lumps on themselves and were then lucky enough just to have cysts.

If you think "That won't happen to me" - that's exactly what I said. I now get regular check ups and have a clean bill of health.

I'm not looking for sympathy - I just want more guys to check themselves more often.

Have a good day! 8)

If you note anything unusual like blood or lumps where it should not be then DO SOMETHING AOUT IT. Some one close to me ignored the signs for 6 or 8 months and it was very nearly too lte. Two years on and they are still not well.

Please don't think I am rattling on don't ignore it.
