Roto Brite machine question
« on: October 29, 2010, 04:52:38 pm »
Hi all

I have just been given a Chemspec Roto Brite bonnet cleaning machine.  ;D

Does anyone know if the drive pad comes off and if it will take a shampoo brush? Its a 20 inch disk.

Thanks
Linds

Rotobrite is a carpet cleaning fluid and 20" sounds rather big for a rotary carpet machine not sure a mix of the 2 exists?? you got a pic?  driveplates are usually interchangeable on decent rotaries tho 20" machines usually used for high speed hard floor polishing could be well wrong but summat doesnt sound quite right.

Great. Thanks for that.

I have also been onto my supplier who have seven of these in use but only for bonnet mopping. The office manager is speaking to the senior tech / MD on Monday to find out what fits it.

Barry, would you believe I spoke to Jamie about my machine today and he offered to buy it from me!!! I am swapping it for a tank, a shampoo brush and some bonnet mops for my Victor Sprite. Bonus as I paid nothing for the Roto Brite machine.

All's well that ends well and all that and I think the Roto Brite machine would have just gathered dust with me anyway  ;D
