First week of wfp, it has been going ok. Had a house on Monday let them know that we are using a new system, did the frames first then went back and did the glass. The customer asked to send money as his wife pays, I received the cheque today with a note, it wasn't so much of a complaint but more like feedback she said.

Just to let you know windows came up of but there were 3 runs on patio doors, couple on kitchen and some on front bay window.

Now is this just part and parcel of first cleans or have I not done a proper job. I rinsed thourghly after cleaning frames and glass. Am worried that all the houses I have done this week will be the same
