Flats with intercom's
« on: October 27, 2010, 08:07:50 pm »
I do some flats but getting access to their front door to leave calling card is a right pain. After ringing every flats intercom and still finding no one to open door I just push a card under porch door. But I've had some custies still say that I didn't do their windows the previous months etc.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I would never have took  them on the first place,

sorry i know its not helpful,..

Next time you get your money, take both their landline telephone number, and a mobile number,

Then speak to them about leaving it with someone....one person for all your money is good.... If they tend to be  always in

But speak to them,  and train them up to your way of running your business.

Ok mate the way they work up here is you press the service button and the door buzzes and in you go, although I do have two blocks that don't work like that but they are all oap's so its not a problem, sorry can't help

We have this problem with a few of our customers but nobody has ever claimed that we've not been just because we were unable to get in to the block :-[

I guess we've just gained their trust after twenty years of doing this.

Even pushing other people's buzzers is a problem at times as the ground floor flat owners, the ones that usually get buzzed by everyone else, get a bit miffed by their buzzers going every two minutes. >:(
Come and talk dirty to us!!!
