what percentage of your customers are you able to clean their windows in winter as im starting up and need figures for plan

If any customer asks you not to clean them during the winter; drop them.

It's only happened four times to me.  Twice during my first winter and twice during my second.

So it's nothing to worry about.  Customers will not be sacking you, just because it's Winter.

I'm quite looking forward to the cold weather; I prefer it to the sun beating down on the back of my kneck and sweating my proverbials off all the time.  Oh, and no spiders and insect mess!

Also, Ian_Giles was telling me he actually earns MORE during the Winter, although I think this has a link to fewer cricket commitments.

I seem to be busier during the winter as i get quite a few gutter cleaning jobs.
And then end of november and a lot of december get a lot who wants the insides done for xmas.

Winter - 100%.

Last year our best month for money was November and the worst was June.

Only 100% i'm afraid, but I concur with Dai, I sometimes have to work a Saturday to catch up.

Also new domestic customers (unless they are real cream) I offer monthly cleans summer and every two months - winter.
It's a game of three halves!
