I have been offered a job & I am 99% certain I will take it, with an immediate start, therefore I will probably be selling my small window cleaning round fast. Its seven months old, all the nasty first cleans have been done, all the time wasters weeded out & the non payers dumped. It can be done by WFP or trad, I use both.
I’m based in Neston on the WIRRAL & all my work is within a three mile radius.
My work is all recorded on a spreadsheet & well organised on a four week cycle.
I cannot work with the buyer for the first month to do introductions, as I will be at my new job.
For  this reason I am finding it difficult to arrive at an asking price, so I am inviting offers to my email address info@nestonwindowcleaning.co.uk,  whoever gives me the best offer & puts the cash in my hand can have it.
When you meet me, you’ll find I’m a decent honest family man & you can buy my round with confidence.

£700 revenue per month
70 customers
8  = 8 weekly
3 = 2 weekly
59= 4 weekly

P.S.  I can throw in my uniform with my logo on if you want, so the customer will remain comfortable their windows are being cleaning by the same business until you issue your handover letters (if you bother to)

70 customers, I would keep them and do them on a weekend, its is only 17.5 per week and means an extra £700 to your wage for working a saturday

That's what I was thinking; you'd also have a haed start should things go tits up with the new job
