It would make an interesting discussion I'm sure  ???

Have you ever considered what you and your cleaning business could achieve by having a "professional business coach and mentor", someone who understands your business and your ambitions, someone who will focus you on tangible business goals so that you and your business can succeed in a tough economy.

Our free business coaching and mentoring discovery review might be the answer. During the review we will establish your business goals, current status and gaps, following the meeting we will send you a FREE cleaning business diagnostic report, specific to your organisation, there is no obligation to purchase ongoing services however funding may be available to help.

CfBC are a comprehensive business advisory, consultancy, coaching and mentoring service for ambitious small and medium sized soft services business leaders.  We recognise as former business owners and entrepreneurs that growing a cleaning services business can be a very rewarding and fulfilling experience but frequently for the business owner, manager, director it can mean working too hard, very long hours, lack of sleep due to a mountain of issues and opportunities to resolve and little or no time to relax and chill out with family and friends.
Working with a CfBC business coach and mentor can help.

At CfBC we will work with you to drive you and your cleaning business forward and take you to the next level, we will show you how to win more business and control your cash better, we can help you to get more "You" time and help you to build better working relationships with your staff, suppliers and customers.

There is no cost for this free business coaching and mentoring discovery review. There is no obligation or sales pressure of any kind. Even if you don't have any immediate business or Executive coaching and mentoring needs, we hope you'll find this analysis interesting and useful.

If you do decide to engage CfBC for your cleaning business, coaching, consulting or mentoring needs, please ask if funding is available, to set up your free business coaching and mentoring discovery meeting, give one of our Business Coaches a call at 0845 388 9841 or email Geoff@CfBC.co.uk today.

Hi Dave,

The reason the post is locked is because the original note is posted in the suppliers adverts section of CIU and CIU admin control the posts to ensure only approved suppliers can advertise and promote an offer to members.

If you need to understand how coaching and mentoring benefits cleaning business or what the expected return on investments are please feel free to PM me or give me a call.

Also I am happy to contribute to meaningful discussions that help cleaning business owners achieve sustainable growth and equity

Kind regards
Geoff

It's not rubbish, it's pretty astute, and gives your post relevance. You asked for a disscusion, well thats the topic, advice about growth, it's just that we are wary of paying for anything. I have problems with growth, i'm scared of the commitment to employees, and im scared of hitting the vat level and having no profit.

The customer side of growth i know how to do, it's the delegation, and getting bigger to make less money i find hard.
