overlapping work

What would you do if you'd been asked to do work that another windy you know already does?

Give them a good price and do the job if they say yes. If it's someone I know well I would tell them I would do it next time and speak to the other cleaner. There may be reasons they are not good customers for the other guy so that would affect the price.

I leafleted an area and the custard called me. I saw the other wc and he first of all said "what are you doing here" I said quoting. Didn't ask what other wc price was just quoted and custy said yes. There are a few issues the customer isn't happy with.

ive picked up work off other windys and ive lost the odd one or two to other windys.its swings and roundabouts IMO.just quote i do it if its worth it.

i do know a guy who wont go "on my patch" as its not worth it for him.i sometimes also give his number to a potential custy if its where he works as its not really worth it for me either.it helps to keep our rounds compact.

The previous chap missed windows as he couldn't reach them and broke some tiles they tell me. What annoyed me was he asked what I was doing up here on an estate where he had 3 houses (he showed me which ones)  ???
