Wrist problems
« on: August 23, 2010, 01:33:23 pm »
After 20yrs cleaning and 60 next year, my wrists are painful most of the time.
Wondered if you'd had the same problem and if wrist supports would help?

cheers Paul

Do you take cod liver oil and or Glucosamine? buy the most expensive you can find , not the cheap crap out of Tesco, it changed my aches and pains overnight (Jason, 41)

Sounds like Tendonitis, Carpal Tunnel or a similar RSI.

Get to your GP and he'll sort you out.

I use Cod liver oil a lot and has really helped my knees and back. I take 2 of the double strength ones, probably like Jason says get the real stuff, thats why I need twice the strength.

Discussing this with custy last week and she recomended Glucosamine as being better the CLO. I have yet to try it out to be honest.

Hi Glucosamine gave me a twitch, but i agree with using cod liver oil.

I had tennis elbow but it has cleared up since using cod liver oil.
