im in the prosses of fitting my hose reel in the roof of my van , ive made some brackets to fit it and am now bolting it to the cross bar things in the roof.

has anyone els done this ?? looks like i can save a lot of space for more stuff .

Seen it on a wfp sweedish video before, the gear looked really pro. Round my way there is a guy who goes round in a red escourt van with a reel bolted on top of the roof.

Does sound god, but what about when your away from van and its realy high up for people to trip on?

Maybe one of those wheels you put on your wall for garden hose on van floor would be good just to keep the hose lower
