I think with something like this, its a great meathod for getting your name in customers mind, so when the pick up say Yellow Pages your logo jumps of the page, what you will find is nobody will call you from the around about or little but other adverts will increase

One idea I'm going to try is a poster/banner at the local fete.

Very cheap so nothing to lose but attended by families from local area so basically my target audience.

It will be interesting how much a roundabout advert costs.

I reckon it wont be cheap.

Will it be worth it?  No experience of it but I reckon not.

Get a van and get it signed, that will be worth more.Again, you may not get calls directly from the van, but the name will stick and when they see your website or adverts elsewhere then the memory will kick in.

I'm in Dover Kent and they wanted £2200 plus VAT for the roundabouts on the main roads which would have had to generate over £5000 to become worthwhile. Contact firms that have already done an advert and ask if they found it worth it - I doubt if they think so because you never see any advert stay for a second year except P&O ferries

What's becoming a regular occurance around here West of Scotland ) is the parking of signwritten vans and trailers at strategic locations..............

Will work best if it has an " offer " included

Roundabout signs have the unfortunate habit of getting damaged/ destroyed on a regular basis by crap drivers
