Just out of interest, how did the fan belt snapping take out the cam belt??

Usually it is the pullies on the cam belt that go and once the cam belt goes that is curtains for that engine. Are you sure the garage got it right in the first place?

What does the service log say about the cam belts last change as these are really important to do as soon as you get the van if you have no record.

My van died in similar fashion last month so you have my full sympathy, plus my van wasn't worth the cost of repair according to my garage.

How much has it cost so far?
think cause was fan belt taking out cam belt etc that was 900 quid now turbo
is gona cost £££££££££
