ABSOLUTELY FUMING
« on: September 02, 2005, 05:14:59 pm »
ON Thursday i spent 100 on a varistream unit with the possibilty of another as i use two hose reels.
I purchased from a well known "good supplier" and was told that it will be delivered next day today friday as i presume thats why im paying a next day delivery charge.

Guess what it never came so im all argy bargy "flippin couriers"well it turns out that this "good supplier" had a thunderstorm and stopped all itmes going to the post office cos of the lightning?huh.....................................................
so i asked why could i have not been told ? well we did call you last night and no one answrede the phone? i have an answer machine but there was no message.i run my business from home and me my wife four daughters were in perhaps none ofus  heard  the phone right?

well as you can guess i wont be getting my second varistream from this company and i will probbably send the first one straight back when it comes on monday ask for a full refund and then explain politely " well i did call to let you know i was sending it back but no one was there" huf huf huf huf huf huf huf huf huf

ps i have no switches on either pump and tommorw i have a 63 block of flats to do and monday a 55 block of flats to do mmmmm   £1000 worth of work delayed for a £100 peice of plastic and circuitry board

and people wonder why window cleaners dont turn up on time????????

Get yer squeegee out. :P
No reason to miss them out completely

The wfp kit is too complex, nothing but problems.

Philip Hanson, in-between locking and deleting my threads, used to get cross and lock or delete threads which slated a window cleaning supplier.

I think he had a good point, as it was normally very one-sided, so please don't name the company.  If you've got a problem with them, take it to them.

Soap National always get a good press here, so let's stick to praising in public and boll ocking in private.

Thank you.

Bit tricky with squeege 40 roof lights 40 feet up 65 flats 4 fllors up all georgian windows impossible thats what wfp were invented for.

I also do a house for a f1 team principle all lead glass three floors no way can do by hand they had 6 wc in 1 year ive been doing two years with wfp they wont have them done any other way.

I wont and havent named names i have taken it up with them and the lightning was as fault. I bet if my transaction for paying for it was due to lightning sticking the phone line they would be bashing my door down........but it didnt and i didnt charge extra for paying the same day...

Sair, because we're mostly human, mate.  I've met a few 'robots' in my time, but they were the sort of types that sewed tiny first-aid kits into their combat jacket hoods.

Sad people, not yer normal types.

Fair enough!

Just being awkward. :-[

You're lucky to have accounts of that sort of size.
I'd love that sort of thing.(not that I could do it!)

Don't know who your courier was but the likes of DHL etc... if they don't meet
their agreement of next day delivery the customer is entitled to compensation.

The guy over the phone will not tell you this but if you request this then they
   have to pay out.

Worth a try, don't speak to the tele boy but ask to speak to the manager.

Mind you Tom Hanks was pretty diligent when he worked for Fedex- stuck on that island with a bad tooth and he still delivers that parcel at the end. And of course he helped bring Apollo 13 home too! What a guy! Run Forrest! Run! ;D
