i am starting my own pressure washing buisness and not sure whether to buy a mains feed or a self lifting washer i know the self lifters are generaly more powerful but is there other pros and cons

Kiddies toy,.. avoid.

15 litres per minute, 13HP, 3000 PSI MINIMUM!
The flow rate is actually more important IMO than the pressure. A good turbo nozzle will make up for lower pressure, but a low flow rate is a disaster. I have 2 machines,.. one is 4000psi and 14.5 litres per min, the other is 3000psi and 17 litres per min,.... the 3000psi one does a noticeable amount more work in the same time.

I got a Lonicin engine machine off him for an absolute steal and its proven to be a real reliable workhorse. Honda is best if you have the cash, but a loncin machine will work away for a couple of years while you're getting setup properly.
