I was sittin in the front room tonight ,and there was an almighty bang , me and the missus looked at each other and said what the hell was that ?
I got up and looked out the window , it then became apparent what the bang was , my van had rolled off the drive and down the hill , straight into a wall !
OOPSY !
I went down to check out the damage and was glad to see that my towbar had saved the day , until i went to open the the doors , the whole van has done a bannana on me , nowt fits anymore , oh well , i was looking for an excuse to get somthing a little bigger , everything is alright now , i just rehung the doors and took a sledge hammer to the towbar , BIG BODGE .
I would post some pics but it looks straight as it could be , not a dent on it , just the towbar frame has ripped big holes underneath .

I have just been offered a Citroen Berlingo on an R for £500 , its a good van cos i know the owner , all its ever done is delivered naughty undies to XXX shops , are these vans any good , does anybody have one ?

I knew i could rely on you David !
Did my head in a bit , but i couldnt help but laugh myself , it had rolled more than 25M , right off my drive in such a straight line missing the walls all the way down , if only it could have missed the wall at the end of the road , i really cant believe my luck really , not gettin a wall or car on the way down , and not even a scratch on it , just a wonky towbar and a few holes in bottem ! ! !

as for the new van i would snap it up from what i hear (dont hold me to this as im not 100%) they have a lever between the 2 seats i think they call it a hand break but not sure   ..

no but realy i have all good things about the  Citroen Berlingo  never drove one so i carnt personly comment but a friend of mine is a car trader and he said there a decent van.....

did it do any damage to the wall?? and was it a garden wall?

It was sombodys garden wall , but its this massive house and its a massive wall so it didnt even scuff the stone , hold on i reckon i could have a pic of where it went  .
And the handbrake was on , it has a dodgey tooth on the ratchet , i do normally leave it in gear , but obviously not tonight !

WHERE THE BEEMER IS , IS WHERE IT WENT FROM , AND IT ENDED UP WAY PAST THE VAN !

seriously get a van which will hold at least 1000 ltre .
it will save having to keep filling up ,i know i at least cant stand going to the petrol station and can imagine wfp will get like that.
now i am becoming a proffessional and all now .it has only taken 7 1/2 years of full time to get there .  with spending all my money repairing my house .i have only just started to have enough funds for a decent van .the 911 had to come first. i had to get my prioritys right.

actualy that nots a bad idea all the WFP gear in the front of the car hose connectors in the front grill and big bulge in bonet, that should give the XR2 boys somthing to think about
