What floor is the windows on? 2nd - 3rd - 4th - 9th floor?
Stickers I assume you are doing a new build? White paper stickers on glass.
I will also assume that its either 2nd floor or 3rd floor.
Theres a product called ambersil - it can remove sticky labels. Just squirt on the sticker.
If you cant open the window then soak the mop with water on a telescopic window cleaners pole. Wet the stickers and use the pole scraper.
Wet the windows with the mop. (Glass) then use the pole scrapper.
Wash off with mop then squegee off
Job done.
Just thought I'd let you know we have tradition poles that reach to 3rd floors easily.

hi there
any windows above the ground floor now are meant to be cleanablre from the inside, they should either swivel, or twist beyond their normal opening position, the sealed unit sash windows actually drop into the room for cleaning.
