Anyone had any problems with marks on sills, possibly from brush as a custy has seen some.

I saw scratches on a customer's sill. Whether I caused it, I don't know. I just changed the way I held the brush against the sill and haven't had any problems since.

I had a custie notice some marks and when I have looked into it it seems to have started when I changed my brush. The body of the brush if making contact with the sill is leaving a black line.
I have corrected my technique and sorted noy

i had that problem if it is black or red lines it is the brush head
