CHANGES IN SCRIM
« on: August 19, 2005, 08:30:54 am »
Just wondered if scrim has changed over the years, an old boy stopped me yesterday and asked to look at my scrim dont think its made from the same stuff anymore. Thats not scrim he said its cotton.
I just thought i should ask some of you guys if it has changed at all over the years, and if so what was it many moons ago?

cheers Andy.

its not as good as it was
you may find a good batch now and again it is just pot luck
an older guy at the bwca told me its not the same as it was.
must be down to less demand and faster production methods for reasons of profit

Don't give up the day job. ;D

I just got up before I woke this morning.

You can also smoke it.  Don't try putting scrim in a roll-up though.  Not with the windows done up anyway!!

Bye Bye now I'm off on holiday 8) 8) 8)
Try to be nice while I'm away.
