Industrial Unit Gutter Clearing

Been asked to quote on a gutter clean job on a warehouse...this thing has troughs rather than gutters!
I would estimate max height of about 30ft, and unsure if I can get on roof or not.
Would a Gutter Vac have deep enough tools to get in this type of gutter?

Yes, I have done similar gutters using a gutter vac

Ive tried a couple of jobs with box gutters and the gutter vac just doesnt clear them properly unless there small with no lip or brackets,
I only quote for cherry pickers now on these sites

I have done one of these and the gutters/troughs run at 90 degrees to the face of the building and I just stood in them and shovelled them out into a pair of 2 gallon buckets.
Check for strength first.
