I use a broker local to me: A1 Insurance 01937 581417 - ask for Alan.

He just saved me £500 on my renewal and they are whole of market brokers who will hopefully find you the best deal.

Cheers

Diane

We are with GreenCampbellFisk - they are OK and we have about 5-6 insurance claims a year.
In our case the company does cover damage - so long as the cleaner admits to doing it.
In all fairness - over half the insurance claims we get the cleaners will have either called us before the client or admit to it straight away so it goes through fine.
Sometimes the cleaner wont admit it - either because she hasn't done it or maybe because they're scared, I'm not sure. We do get some clients trying it on and we get rid of these pretty quickly - we really don't need scumbags like that!

We had one client sign up with us and after his first week he called us and said his brand new stainless steel kitchen had scratches and scuff marks all over it after the first clean. The cleaner was adament that she hadn't done it. Luckily - we always send someone from the company in first and this person had seen the kitchen and when we called her she informed us that the kitchen had been like that when she visited.
Basically he signed up with us to claim through insurance for something he had already done. The good thing is he paid for three months agency fee and only used one week. He never asked for it back - obviously a bit embarrassed that he got caught out!

Anyway - I digress! Try GreenCampbellFisk if you are a domestic cleaning company!
