that machine doesn't look much like a prochem truck mount that they say they use on their web-site, it also looks like they don't pre-spray the way she was spraying the wand around at the top of the stairs before extracting,

Who needs TRAINING...............The guy said you just add some powder to a bucket of hot water...........point and squirt..................

Then you just move the handle back and forward like a scrubbing brush !

Thought it would be easier and the floor seems very wet................Will it look better when it dries......How long do you think it will take to dry out ?

Flip flops ?

Well the floor's going to get wet so I thought ...what do I wear around wet swimming pools or changing rooms at the gym ?

Perhaps they sub-contract to a guy in Swindon, and do plumbing and electrical work as they go.

Well, looked at the website and it does look very professional

but the video shouts out the facts.
I should be really worried if these lived in Warrington, cause they should be in line for application forms from McDonalds.  ;)
No way are they going to do a 4 bed house in "an hour or so".  ;D

She is a likely candidate for bad back too. Why not alter the handle on the downpipe so she not bending too much. I dont suffer bad back when carpet cleaning (maybe on suites a bit) and I used to do motorcycle racing on rough fields so know about bad backs.

Very poor video, no way would I release that to the public with my business name on it.

Good looking website
Lousy quality video, they need to get some lessons from Derek or Mike on how to shoot video.
As for the work itself, well, what can I say, absolutely dire.  :o
If there isn't enough time to do the job right,  how do we find the time to go back and do it again when the customer is not happy ?   Do it right the 1st Time.

It goes back to what has been said many times before. We need to find and develop a way to educate customers.

Blue flip flops would have matched better.

Cheers

Unbelievable.

They obviously mainly concentrate on dusting and hoovering for a living with the 'odd' carpet when asked. They quite clearly have no clue, and I'm pretty sure have never been trained ::)  And why has she dragged the machine upstairs - all ready to drag back over the clean carpet, when she has finished such a great job ;D

The carpet looks no different after cleaning, and it's these clowns who drive the price down and give us all a bad name. No wonder the custys think it should be cheap - and I dont blame them for thinking this based on this performance.

Why cant they just stick to polishing wood and cleaning shower screens, instead of pretending to be pro's ???

There are a lot of firms out there that clean that way, no prespray, no agitation - just spray with the wand then suck it up, that's how they can afford to be so cheap.

Plus the operative doing the cleaning is on approx 35% of the already cheap cleaning price - so they really can't afford to do it by the book.

The customer doesn't know any different, they have paid the price they wanted to pay and as far as they are concerned someone has turned up and "cleaned" their carpet.

Leave them alone ::) They are just fine as they are. I can't see why you are being so critical.

Or maybe I am just very pleased to have them in my area.  ;D ;D
