I had a dry cleaning bus in london for 25 years.take down and dry clean that cannott be beaten ! if you want to clean whilst they hang you can get some decent results by vacuuming first, then hand clean using a terry towel moistened with prochems  Fabric Restorer .Its approx £20 for 5 litres.it works really well ! make sure you wet the whole area front and back, then it will dry naturally as it has a certain amount of solvent in the mix. Also can be used on upholstery  Gary Bristowclean
