had a clean yesterday and the carpet cleaner came round and did half the carpets. customer wasn't too happy and had us come back to see a few stains which weren't removed 100%. they were dog and cat pee stains which had come out about 75% but you could still just about see them as the rest of the carpets were now really clean.
i said to her before and after the clean about his guarantee which is if there is a stain he can't get out that another company can then full money back on that room, but she still wasn't happy as she wanted him back to retry for free, which i said no to as he had tried what he had and they weren't coming out.
just wondered if animal pee is typically a permanent stain or if there is ways to try and get it out? carpet was a light cream colour, not sure on type but the normal one in a modern rented house.
