ultimate cheeky git i am
« on: April 04, 2010, 06:48:51 pm »
As some may know, I'm having trouble getting my new logo into a good resolution. I copyed an image from the net and its just not good enough quality for flyers, business cards etc.

I really want this, so I've emailed the owner of the website I saw it on. They are in Australia and asked them if I can use it and if they have a high res image.

How cheeky am I ;D

Tosh... Do you do kayak training still ? Remembered you said you have done an instructors course in the army and tried to teach some guy that didn't want to get wet.

Am wanting to get back into it soon. I've done a hour on the water and want to get back to it. When I get my kit, would you want a trainee who doesn't mind getting wet ?

I'm no instructor, but I can teach you the basics of safety no problems.

Give me a shout when you get your kit, and I'll teach you the basic capsize drills; and a simple Eskimo roll (if I can still do it myself that is).

A helmet and buoyancy aid will be required.  I'll be able to borrow a kayak and there's some great places along the Wye to have a play.

I like the weather to be hot mind!  ;D

Careful WW! He also does Banjo lessons - so take along a mate who's good with a bow and arrow! ;D

You can convert your image into Vector art, there are a few odd sites that do it for free, vector art allows you to zoom right in close without lost of image, it is also the type that graphic art designers use. If your doing it for a logo for your van then you Just need to send the image to the sign maker and he will convert it for you.

And yes I owe you one for the layout.

So many people have helped with this logo. Little things from everyones help has come to what you see.

Thanks to everyone who has helped out. I'm very grateful to you all !
