st1allstar there are plenty of windys cheaper than me round here in the north west.£3-50 a house and £2-50 for bungalows!! ::)

i have a lot of very compact work(2 wks worth)and i do well on these prices.i have some granny flats i clean for £2-50 a flat and make £30+an hour !i also have 5 small commercial jobs and plenty of better priced 4/5/6 bedroom houses, converted barns, farmhouses etc.

also a lot of my compact work is priced a few pound higher than stated due to conservatories/bad access/skylights/extensions etc.

i still get refusals as being too expensive and nearly all my work is in a very affluent area!

the problem being is guys who have 3-4 lads on the dole who they work hard.price cheaply, pay them cash in hand barely min wage and the boss still earns a good wedge!

it happens alot round here im afraid! ::) ::)
price higher/work harder!

You're not too far from me, and I wouldn'go that low. It's got to be £10 min for me, but for that I do the frames and sills (alot of the w/c's in my area charge £3-5 extra to do them. Don't lower your prices, tell the potential custy what a good job you do for the dosh, and make sure you do it. Good luck mate!

Mine is £20 unless it's right next to one I already do and I don't have to move the van.
I advertise ALOT nowadays. I've sold/passed on most of my less than £20 work now. I'd rather pass the smaller enquiries  :)onto other w/c's I know.
It's been hard work getting to this point but it's worth it!   :D
thats a really nice thing 2do Dave ;) so it is true..... there r still a few nice guys left in the world ;)

I try my best!  :)
