hey people
inspected beige coloured 90% wool twist carpet (12month old) today
noticed dye mark by sofa where person sits wearing coloured cotton socks
wondering best method to remove using wet extraction

custy actually said black sock's!
i spotted small area with traffic clean and stain pro, made a difference but was not happy with result and walked away......... was hoping to get a little advice and maybe pass it on or go back myself!
