Vanish in a rug
« on: June 28, 2005, 08:20:30 pm »
I have a customer who spilled something into a rug. She used Vanish, but far from Vanishing, she left a stain because as we know the vanish stayed in the rug. I used a spotting machine and extraced alot of it out. She was happy with it, but I do use a TM, and have a water claw.
Do any of you know if I really wet the rug and using the claw will get more of the vanish out?
I didnt want to drench it, and ruin it!
Any advice on this one please?
TIA.  ;)
