Forum slow to respond

Some time ago if you posted a reply to a thread that would come out at the top of the menu  It seams to take so long and at times iit will stay were it was in the order it was.Has this changed or was I wrong in the first place?

Time for some data scrubbin ( delete what we ndo not need lots a rubbish in archives ,lighten the loud Admin).
