Communication is the weakest side of my business. I just agree and try to smile, but could quite easily look like a scowl.
Comments about speed have been the most common since i got wfp. I often mention to a customer that if they don't dry perfect, to call me. And that's enough for me.
I've lost the odd job over the years for being too quick. So don't put too much stock on these comments anymore. I look at payment received without complaint or cancellation, as reassurement that the jobs good un.
