I agree with Tony20, the site address is not professional looking enough to promote a business.
Get a .co.uk as Tony20 says.

I looked at the carpet cleaning page.
Its ok, but type % ie percentage, what you done is a lazy short cut and clients may think you will do a short lazy job of cleaning.   Also "% off"    should be "percentage of", May be other grammer mistakes, didnt check it all - but that needs to be done well before you put it live.

I suggest u try to sell benefits rather than " we aim.."

ie we provide customers with a first class carpet cleaning service....we can do this for u and that for you....factual.

Bullet points always make it easy for the reader to quickly absorb what u r telling them.

have a look at other www sites - and pick the bits u like best.

Try to avoid long paragraphs of copy - u will lose the reader v quickly!

Sell the result - not all custys are v interested in how u arrive a the result!!

do spell check everything - and read read thru again and again - it must be perfect!

Had a quick look, few things:

Take away the 'Powerd by Microsoft' at the bottom and general search bar at top.

Defo get a co.uk address

Get some before and after photos of 'your work' - always helps

Get your contact detail put clearly on each page (on by header-just contact numbers will do)

Good luck with it mate, have a look at other sites to get an idea and make a note of what you like and dont like and then get a 'non' carpet cleaner to have a look as its them who will be using your site and get there feedback (not friends and family who will like your site to make you happy).

gr - let me know if you need any help - i do all my own websites and have done quite a few for others, its not as hard as it seems and with some good advice wont cost much at all - in fact it should always be your most comprehensive advert but also your cheapest!!!

i can also get you pretty much top of Google for your local area and it wont cost a penny!!!

its 'ok' - dont mean to be negative but like the others say you really need to maybe stop investing time and effort into that one, buy a .co.uk for about £1.99 and then start building the site for that.

like Joe said, presentation is everything and having a DIY looking web address will set the seed of thought of is he a DIY trader to all that view it. Its like the van scenario - someone in a clean, well kept older van is better off than someone in a banged up, dirty new one - it all plants seeds with the customer about the operation!

PS - think you maybe need to amend the dry times bit - maybe put that the dry time depends on fabric type and put dry from 2 hours but not state an upper limit - always word stuff that doesnt bring probs in the future!!!
