Hello.

I know this has been discussed before, but I wondered if anyone could give me a consistent way of pricing up conservatory roof cleans?

Any advice appreciated.

Mike

depends on condition, but anywhere around £5-10 per roof panel.

they dont take too long if they are not too bad, but remember you are offering a service not available readily, so you can charge a premium.

I think you should be aiming for more than £15p/h. If you aim higher but fall short then you'll still do ok.

iv just gone off what my uncle told me he does £15 an hour bit more if they arnt a regular customer,i no this is going off the subject a bit but problem round here is wc charging pennys for doing windows,i asked my neighbour this morning how much his wc charges its £2.50 for a semi another over road is £3 i nearly fainted, make more money on dole than that so dont lose jobs by charging to much till iv got enough work on

my pricing for conny roofs vary depending on size.but an average size conservatory with windows/outside gutters, all frames would be about £60 and would take an hour and half!(trad).if it was really green £80-£90.ur gona dirty the windows when u clean the roof anyway so u might as well clean the lot!
price higher/work harder!
