This weather is crazy, went down to Conwy marina again and the wind was unbelievable.
Heavy metal garden tables and chairs were getting blown over. My trolley with 50 litres got blown back 2 feet, I've never seen wind like it before, it's the suddenness of the gusts that seem to come from nowhere. The superlite is hopeless under these conditions so I tried a heavier Unger pole, but had to call it a day again.
I arrived home 25 miles from Conwy and the wind is nothing like as bad, you could even work off a ladder. It makes you realise just how hard it can be to give accurate weather forecasts, wind patterns can be very complex when it's blowing from over the mountains.
I really feel for you guys with mortgages to pay, and Christmas just round the corner.
Ah well, try again tomorrow.

I cleaned a shop window below the block I live in on Sunday, looked at it today and couldn't believe it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.

Checket the weather forcast for the week, pushed a lot of work Tuesday as it looked like the best day and Wednesday seemed bad so book a few inside houses. Wednesday was good days weather in Basingstoke and I was indoors.
