When I was in the disaster restoration game I would hit the top figure no problem, now I am in the cc game and can not get near the bottom figure on an average cc week.

This is a crazy poll, maybe we should have one for one man band cc

Surely it would be better to ask for a figure per cleaner/employee,
Someone employing 3 cleaners will need 3 times the turnover of a one man band.

Correct you cant but wife can! I love being out and about the master! going home note the chicken on the dashboard!

Sad I know I cant afford to have electronics gates fixed so the dog has to open it for me, but as the saying goes if you got a dog you don’t bark yourself!

Whilst I dont doubt some of you have achieved high sales per week or month, I will ask the question of how did you achieve it.

10k per month is say £2500 per week or £500 per day.  If we take the average day of 6 hours (the other two spent driving and on the phone booking the 10k work for next month) this equates to £83 per hour.

Now could you explain how you achieve £83 per hour if your prevaccuming, moving furniture, prespraying, spotting etc.  Even if you didnt do all these steps and just sucked I dont think I could move the wand at that speed even with a Truckmount.

Ive achieved £80 an hour with Texatherm but those type of jobs are few and far between.

I did achieve £60 an hour on Saturday with portable HWE but again I prevacuumed etc.

thanks
Mark

PS.  its not that I dont believe the figures but perhaps youd all be so kind as to show the rest of us how its achieved

You mean the three up two down semi that I own still live there! Always plead poverty the one in picture is the wife’s used for weekend only neighbours get a peeved seeing a van Sundays, do prefer the one in Spain that the she witch has got no hassle.

Marry as a businessperson what has daddy got and who they are leaving too, that also applies to mothering law that’s parts a joke!

I dont believe a sole trader can earn £3500.00 every week, thats £14000.00 per month.

Dont tell me these amounts can be achived in Jan/Feb /Mar. Its all bull!!

If the company however employes and has a fleet of vans on the road & has large commercial contracts then yes.
