With 2 men what hose setup would you advise, I have already got 2 50m reels but think this wont be enough

Depends what sort of work you have really.  One extra 50m reel should do it if you daisychain two together and have one guy working far away and one nearer.  Better still, two 100m hoses (with smaller bore so they fit onto the reel) would save room in the van.  Works better if powered by 2 x 100 PSI pumps as smaller bore hose sometimes needs more than 60 PSI.  Suggest two pumps rather than splitting water flow witn Y piece
