Micro fibre pads
« on: June 09, 2005, 07:52:34 pm »
I'v been using sponge filled micro fibre pads for the last couple of weeks now. They are selling them at the local discount stores for a quid, they are made for cleaning cars and floors but make brilliant applicators for the small openers and the small conservatory tops. They are shaped like a violin, have material like an ordinary applicator on one side and a mesh fabric on the other.
With the rinse aid solution going on so thin you can use a 6"blade and there are not enough water drops to fall on the glass below. Give them a good squeez to get most of the water out first though. Dai
