Work Wanted - North West

Im looking to buy good quality work in the north west. Im looking for both monthly and fortnightly work prefarably cleaned with WFP. Looking to spend £3000 so work turning over £600 a month

got a round available very soon in audenshaw its cleaned every 2 weeks, easy work, very compact, wfp on the tops and trad bottoms.... wfp on tops due to large overhanging canopies.... all 2 bed terraced priced at a fiver
keep watching the buy and sell section, and i will list it for sale asap.......this weekend if ive got time
